Terms of Service

By accessing or using ViewSilo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ViewSilo provides encrypted, private file and content sharing for business customers. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

ViewSilo allows registered users to upload, encrypt, and share files and text content via private or access-controlled links. Files are stored on third-party infrastructure operated by ap-files.com and its associated global delivery network.

ViewSilo acts as a secure interface and does not read, process, or share the content of encrypted uploads except as required by law.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Business accounts may invite team members. The account owner is responsible for the activity of all members within their workspace.

You may not use ViewSilo to upload, share, or distribute:

• ✕Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported immediately to authorities.
• ✕Content promoting terrorism or mass violence.
• ✕Malware, viruses, or any code designed to cause harm.
• ✕Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• ✕Personal data uploaded in violation of applicable privacy laws.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using ViewSilo you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as-is". ViewSilo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
